PepMedix ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping or delivery address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Processing & Dispatch Windows
Standard Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days following payment verification.
Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed over the weekend or on official U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Notification: A automated confirmation email containing real-time carrier tracking details will be transmitted to your registered address immediately upon shipment dispatch.

4. Shipping Rates
Real-time shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination. Complimentary shipping incentives are automatically unlocked once your cart hits the qualified procurement threshold.
5. Order Tracking Logistics
A dedicated tracking number will be appended to your order files upon shipment execution. You can monitor your shipment’s route and expected arrival date at any time via our dedicated Order Tracking portal or directly through the carrier’s network dashboard.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Consignments
If your research materials are compromised during transit or fail to arrive within the tracking window, you must notify our logistics desk at support@pepmedix.com within 7 days of the projected delivery date. Our compliance team will open an official investigation with the carrier to trace the cargo or authorize a replacement shipment where appropriate.
7. Address Accuracy & Redirection
Procurement officers are entirely responsible for providing an accurate, fully deliverable U.S. shipping address at the point of checkout. PepMedix bears no financial or material responsibility for packages routed to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the buyer will incur additional processing and re-shipment fees.
8. Research Use Only Compliance
All materials distributed by PepMedix are strictly formulated for in vitro laboratory and scientific research applications only. These compounds are explicitly unsafe and unapproved for human or animal consumption. By finalizing an order, you contractually affirm that these materials will be managed exclusively by qualified, trained laboratory personnel within a secure research environment.
