All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including ordering
errors, change of mind, or product misuse. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must
contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pepmedix.com. Please include a detailed
description of the issue along with clear photos for review. Our support team will carefully
review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement.
Refund Exceptions

The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within the required
timeframe
